where can i install aftermarket muffler purchased from ebay? i live in syracuse NY?

i have asked around for quotes, but they have told me that i have to buy their products in order for them to install. i live in Syracuse NY, and i wonder if there are any welders around town.

1. I'd go to an old, small shop, not a major brand. Supposedly, if it doesn't have a catylitic converter on it, they're not supposed to work on it. Do that, or try a welding shop. Or possibly an individual that you know who has a welder. My dad would have done it if he were alive but he did a lot of stuff he shouldn't have done, dangerous.
2. Find a privet owned service shop bu if its a car under warranty that might void it if not a privet shop will do it most places will do it if you tell them you don't want a grantee on it have fun
